Shipping and Returns

Shipping Times & Rates

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Pendant Nation does not ship orders to post office boxes. Pendant Nation is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:
Ground shipping: $7. Please allow 7-9 business days.
Express shipping: $20. Please allow 5-6 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee.

ENGRAVING SCHEDULE:
Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery of machine-engraved items and an additional 4-5 days for delivery of monogrammed and hand-engraved items.

To inquire about shipments within the U.S. APO or FPO addresses, please contact Customer Service at info@pendantnation.com. Representatives are available 8:00AM-2:00PM EST Monday-Friday.  A representative will respond with in 24 hours to all inquiries and questions.

MORE INFORMATION ON COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING:
•The price of the merchandise must meet the required amount in order to receive complimentary shipping.
•Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount.
•Multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses.
•Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. Website for domestic delivery.
•The ending time for free shipping is 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time on the last day of the offer.

Return Policy

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.  All items must be unused and returned in the packaging that it was received.  Returns are not accepted on engraved or customized items.  All returns are subject to merchandise being reviewed by our quality assurance specialist.  Merchandise that is damaged or altered by customer or jeweler other than pendant nation cannot be returned.

Please contact customer service at info@pendantnation.com to receive a return authorization number and address for item to be returned.

 A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
